Yesterday I picked up the newer Revell boxing of the old Matchbox Fairey Swordfish. I have searched the Internet in vain for reviews, build articles or notes on this kit. Does anyone have any cautions, references or experiences to relate concerning accuracy, mods, etc.?

Bit out for WW1, but......
 It's OK, goes together pretty well. Usual basic Matchbox. There are some slight accuracy issues with the wing plan and the fuselage, but nothing major IIRC (The Frog/Noveo etc kit is the most accurate) |

I'd agree the old Frog kit is better if you can find one. On the Matchbox kit, the windows on the side of the fuselage are missing, the cockpit arrangement is not typical and the top wing ends up with perhaps a tad too much incidence if you use the struts as they come in the kit. BUT, I think it looks like a Stringbag in the end, especially if you look for more suitable wheels.
