As I'm sure you know from reading the Windsock Datafile, the sole surviving example of this type can be found at the Canada Aviation Museum in Ottawa. Sadly, their image bank is currently down (
Image Bank – Canada Aviation Museum). When it is functional again, you can find a number of good cockpit shots in their online collection.
AEG. G.IV 574/18 is currently on display in the main hangar (unlike Junkers J.1 586/18) and is probably one of the best references available other than suitable period photographs. RCAF mechanics restored the aircraft in, if I recall, 1967. Fortunately they and their supervisors at the RCAF Historical Branch were keenly aware that the aircraft's value was (and is) derived from its originality. Thus the artifact that remains is relatively unmolested, at least when compared to other 1960s restorations.
