Junkers D.I - Roden 1/48

Hi.
This is my first post here on this great forum, but I was lurking many times before. This is my first WWI model and I am sure not last. This model was build according to all the info I was able to find on this forum. I am not sure how accurate my model is, but looks good to me. Any comments welcome.

Model: Roden 1/48
Paints: Home mix Tamiya acrylics.
Add: Seat belts, dials ans foot plates on the wings.
Fix: Propeller ( looks to me like was molded wrong way )

Thumbs up

Martin if that's your first, you are on your way to creating a legend. Perhaps one of the finest models I have see, I think that I am looking at a newly erected full scale Junkers. Wow !!!!! to say the least my friend from across L.I. Sound. I have copied these pix into My Pictures to be added to my next model pictures album.

WOW! If this is your first WW-I plane then we are in for a treat on the others!

Very realistic, if there was some scenery added, one would be hard pressed to tell the difference to full size. You have captured her essences wonderfully.

What other planes have you modeled Sir?

Great model! I really like the blending between colors. I don't have the best eyes around, looks like you deflected the control column to match the offset control surfaces. Good man.

Wow Martin, very sharp! I rather like what you have done with this kit, nice colours, subtle weathering, and a very nice and sharp build - great stuff!

What a way to start off here. Well done. Great build. Best one of this model so far shown here.
