Albatros w4 1/48 Eduard

I would like to show you the progres of my Albatros W4 model.



I started the construction with the engine and i used the kits engine allthough its out of scale.
i tryied to improve it as much as i can.
(sorry about my English).

Wow! Love the attention to detail, colors, and weathering are very nice indeed. Cant wait to see what you do with the build. Please post progress pics so we all may follow along with you. Very Nice!!

Make your life difficult

Before i start to build this model i said to myself that i ll make it strait from the box so that i can enjoy it and finish it quick, but while i a was working some strange ideas rule my mind
So i deside to cut the lower wings just to make it look like the real thing

Next step is the fuselage.
I sand off all the side details and add other from plastic card.







here i rework some kit parts and made some newones from plastic card
