Greg
Thanks Greg,

I have been curious about this I.D. since acquiring an old 3 in 1 foto copy of this machine several months ago. It's a well published foto that has been around for quite some time.

My question is, What were the colors of this machine?

Very Best Regards, FOKKERJ

Halb Cl.II 15342/17 was a Schlasta 13 machine crewed by Vzfw Müllenbach and either Gefr. Kuesler ("Schlachtflieger!") or Häusler (Datafile 27), and brought down on June 19, 1918 by an RE8 (?!) of No 3 Squadron Austarlian Flying Corps.

The profile by Dan-San Abbott in "Schlachtflieger!" and the cover painting on the Datafile both have the fin/rudder as light grey and the markings (tail stripes and Roman numeral) as black and white on an otherwise standard Halberstadt speckled camo paint job. The nose panels are a light colour as well. They look white in Dan-San's illustration, but are not specifically mentioned. Maybe light grey?
