My Gallery
Voss painting available

Hi Kids. I was contacted last night by a client who wants to sell one one of my older originals to help finance his sons' college tuition, and I have agreed to help him find a home for it.

The painting is Last Dance of the Hussar (link below). The image depicts the legendary Sept. 23 dogfight between Werner Voss and 56 Sq. Painted in 2002, it is actually one of my earliest WW1 paintings (hard to believe that a painting created only 6 years ago could be considered "old").

The painting measures 36 inches wide x 24 inches tall and is oil on canvas. His asking price is VERY fair - about half what I would currently charge for a 24" x 36" original. Somebody will be getting a bargain. Email me or PM me for more details.

Last Dance of the Hussar - The Aerodrome Gallery

cheers
Russ

Russ, I'm sure I can't afford it, but I LOVE that painting. I have ever since the first moment I laid eyes on it here in the Forum! It's wonderful.
