A new Fokker DVII

I fully realize that this thread will not be about the usual model: and i mean no insult to the talented people who create such wonderful models that i look at here in these threads, such fantastic skill and craftsmanship: i could never match that!
Just wanted to post this as an advance alert to anyone tinterested that model power, can find their website via google easily are going to release this year a new Fokker DVII in their postage stam line: a small pre-painted die cast model, and i of the oinion that they are pretty good- esp for about 12 dollars- and this new Fokker DVII is esp nice in regards its colors,
it is Scheutsel's seven schwabians, details can be seen in Fokker DVII anthology 3 by RImmell, and i thinkit was covered in detail in an older windsock isssue also.
in any case, an unusual and colorful color scheme and for those of us without certain modelling talents- a nice little die cast for the desk!

Hi jastaflieger,

Thanks for sharing this information.

While my Dad built beautiful balsa flying aeroplanes as a youngster, painting and assembling scale plastic kits was not his forte. He sure enjoyed absconding with my finished models for his desktop and bookcases.

Best Regards, FOKKERJ
