Authentic? Nieuport 27 Plans for Sale

Hello All,

I was just contacted by a fellow in Minnesota who says he has a set of what he thinks are original plans for the Nieuport 27. He says they are in French with metric dimensions and are on what appears to be very old paper. He would like to see them go to a good home but doesn't know what they're worth.
