Model varnish finish ?
Hi everyone,
I have a question about finishes,what do you guys use regarding finishes.I use a badger aibrush but can't quite get it right in my eyes.I have tried mixing matt with "finish" floor cleaner to get a semi gloss but not been that successful.I have purchased semi gloss enamel varnish but not sure how to thin it for the airbrush...Help.. |

I use airbrush and use regular model varnish. Last time I use acrylic artistic coat for protection and it work good. Yesterday I have spraj matt coat inside of the Airacobra kit. Testors product.

Several successive coats of matt or dull coat varnish raises it to a semigloss. Try it on some scrap plastic to test your required results.
