VÜFP vs KESch Warschau
Hi,
I wonder about the locations of Versuchs- und Übungsflugpark and Kampf-Einsitzer-Schule in Warschau. Were both units based on the same airfield or location or did they operate on different places far from each other? TIA. |

Hello Rammjaeger, I cannot be certain, but I have a strong feeling that both the Flugpark and the Schule were based at Mokotow airfield at Warsaw. It was a very large facility. Best regards, agblume

Thank you Augie - I share this feeling.
The KESch was in Mokotow (Mokotau) at Warsaw. If Flugpark was in Mokotow too then both were surely located on different places in the same aviation area. I should have this info anywhere in my books or files but where? |
