This is the link to the photo album of an airfield near the small town Stolp in Pomerania. I hope this is new for you:

Well done!
Der Ostwind:
Utterly fascinating! A wonderful collection that is professionally presented.
It will take a while to soak up all the details and atmosphere that is revealed in these photos.
Thanks for sharing!

Great collection. Does someone have more info about this airfield? Looks mostly like school machines.

Stolp was the location of the Bavarian Military Fliegerschulen. There were several flying schools in Bavaria. I'll have to dig up more.

No Cigogne,
it is Pomerania - there was (at least) a Flieger-Beobachterschule which transferred from Cöln (Köln) to "Stolp in Pommern" (today in Northwest-Poland) on 16.02.1918.
As well my father was trained in a Cavalry-unit in Stolp in WWII.
