Squadron Orders

Can anyone tell me where I might find information on how squadron commanders recieved their orders as to operation (how many patrols, sorties, etc. in a given time period and where.). I know they got some specific orders during offensives and pushes, but what about daily duties? Also about ogisitcs as in how long to get replacment pilots and machines and how many. Also, maintenance down time, combat repairs, etc. Any info would be helpful.
Thanks

For a typical example of an RAF Wing operational order (delivered no doubt by motorcycle courier) describing the missions for the following day, see [url]www.apw.airwar1.org.uk/9th wing final order.htm . This example was kept as a souvenir for reasons that will be obvious.

These records can be found in the UK National Archives.
