Jack Hunter's New Book!

Just got the word from a good friend who visits Jack Hunter periodically at his home in Florida that he has finished a new book!

It is called "The Ace" -- and deals with the war from the point of view of an American pilot.

His agent is shopping it around, and we will probably see it in print soon because advance word is it is his best work since "Blue Max". Jack has returned to the subject he loves and knows best.

One of the Hollywood studios is looking it over so who knows. We could use a real storyteller like Jack to show his craft after the paper thin narrative of "Flyboys".

Good luck, Jack.

Yes. Heard about this in some other thread a while ago. Will certainly be added to the collection If they decide to make a movie about it, then we have kind of a revival with all the movies about WWI aviation in the last time. Still waiting for Red Baron movie.

regards
K.

Good news indeed. If the story-telling is anywhere near as good as the Blue Max, it'll be a ripper yarn.
