Hello gsoutham, According to the book "Austro-Hungarian Army Aircraft in World War One," by Peter Grosz, George Haddow and Peter Schiemer, the Austro-Hungarians purchased a total of 39 Gotha G.IV (LVG) from Germany between December 1917 and April 1918. During March and April 1918 Fliks 101/G, 102/G and 103/G were equipped with them. These bombing units operated only on the Italian Front. They never served on the Russian Front.
