Lozenge pattern of Fokker DVII at RAFM Hendon

Probably asked before, but I can't find it in the archive.

It's a 5 color pattern, right? The later, more common one.

If it's depicted as an OAW machine, why it has lozenge strips rib tapes? Shouldn't they be blue or salmon pink? Did somebody decide it looked better that way, or OAW also used this method?

How accurate is that newly printed fabric? It looks a little drab for the upper color, and a bit too vivid for the lower pattern, but under sunlight it probably looks different. Did they replace the lower pattern between the time it was on the floor level and now that is suspended from the ceilign in the new building? It looks changed, but it could be the light, the upper pattern looks the same.

Romani; The recovered airframe has good hues for the 5 colour lozenge. Rib tapes for OAW are accepted as either loz or lt. blue. Pink or lozenge for Albatros built.

Thank you very much for the confirmation, I could have resorted to online photos of other lozenge covered aircraft, but there's nothing like seeing it in person to be able to compare with ilustrations and decals.

And very much grateful for the precise info on rib tapes. All I knew is that lozenge tapes were a Fokker thing.

While we are at it, is the 4 color lozenge of the DVII at Le Bourget the original fabric or a reproduction?
