Collection of the late J.M.Bruce

While reading an article in WW1 Aero 191 (February 2006) recently by Paul R. Hare [ The mystery of Farnborough's experimental model monoplane on pp. 105 ] there was stated that the whole collection of the late J.M.Bruce was sold off. From this collection he had bought a few original drawings of the Royal Aircraft Factory.

This dispersion might be called a tragedy (as in the article of Hare) but I think the collection will have dispersed in atomic parts to museums, archives and knowledgeable collectors who will handle it with care.

Any information what happened to the collection of the great Peter M. Bowers ?
