Hi everyone,
I just received notification that Hermann-Historica has put their latest auction catalog on-line. Remember the Immelmann memorabilia?
Just a teaser:

Silver, with a somewhat protruding rim and a recessed base with a corded decorative band. The Military Order of St, Heinrich and the date of the award "21.9.1915" are engraved on the obverse side, with "V. Luftsieg - 26.10.1915 - Lt. Max Immelmann" beneath. Sterling silver "925". Weight 141 grams. Height 9.2 cm. Includes the miniature of the Knight's Cross in gold plated silver and enamel. There are also nine original photos, inscribed by Immelmann on the back, of the fifth aircraft which he shot down, a Vickers F.B. 5 "Gun Bus" flown by C.C. Darley, pilot, and R.J. Slade, observer. Three photos show Immelmann next to his Fokker. There is also a photo postcard showing the Vickers with a note by Immelmann in his own hand. Finally there is a transcription of a telephone message from Duke Ernst Heinrich of Saxony. "My heartiest congratulations on your fine new success" (transl.). Original signature of Kastner, Captain, and Detachment Commander.
