Vintage Flying Helmets, etc by Mick Prodger is being sold on Hamiltonbooks.com for $39.95 American Dollars. Brand new. I just got mine and the shipping was only a few bucks and it arrived in a couple days! You cannot beat this price. Just thought I'd help.
 Mind you, I have never seen this book under 55-65 dollars on e-bay and the shipping ranges from 5-10 dollars on those. It sells over 100 dollars on some websites.
