1/32 rigging wire size

I am making progress on the Hobbycraft 1/32 Camel. Now I have been looking at the size of the rigging wire. I have some invisible thread that is .004" and some fishing monofilament that is .009". The .009 looks too thick, but the 004 stuff may be the best bet because it will "appear" thicker when painted- also may be easier to handle.

What do you guys think?

Thanks, Matt

My Gallery
RAF wire.

Mwellhouser:
The Sopwith Camel was rigged with streamline RAF wire 1/4" wide, .250' divided by 32=.0078= .008" monofilament thread.
Blue skies,

Thanks!

I got some line that size, and it works great. Now to get fresh superglue!
