"f.c.r."
The abbreviation, "F.C.R." is stamped on a number of WW1 era propellers, and as I recall it seems to be on ones that are also stamped with the US Navy anchor insignia (although it might be on other ones, such as Signal Corps, as well).
Does anyone know exactly what it stands for?
