Question Clifford von Tempsky

Gentlemen,

He was a seaplane pilot who flew pretty much for most of WWI. The seaplane stations that he were stationed at are too numerous for me to list here because I don't have the time and energy. He was a Generalmajor of the Luftwaffe during WWII. More background information is needed please.

Sincerely,

Edward
