The only thing I can add is that he was a pilot in FFA 63 from at least Dec '15 to at least Feb '16, and that he became C.O. of FA 284(A) sometime in 1917. Pretty slim pickings. R.
Born on the 20th of April 1887 in Dresden, Albert von Malortie was a Saxon Infantry Officer. His last peacetime assignment was with the 1. Jäger-Bataillon Nr. 12. He was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Militär-Saint Heinrichs Orden on the 24th of December 1915 whilst serving in F.F.A. 63 under command of the Beskidenkorps. Retired as a Major.
