Initial batch delivered in 1916 consisted of three, numbers 748, 783 and 784 with Benz 150hp engines.
Numbers 912-921 with Mercedes 160 hp, alos modified tail braces.
Numbers 1067-1076 with Benz 150hp, also smaller rudders.
Numbers 1380-1394 and 1554-1573 with Maybach 160hp, also shorter floats, longer dorsal fins and plain rudders.
Three were build with larger wingspan, 26 ft 11 ins, and Benz 200hp engine but known as W11. Other related models W16 and W25 derived from KDW.
