Italian Nieuport 11

Hello,

I'm looking for pictures of these three italian machines. The profiles were taken from an IPMS Italy article written by Pier Luigi Monclavo. Maybe somebody from IPMS Italy could help me?
Thanks in advance.

If your principal interest is in having a color reference for these aircraft, you might want to look in the excellent reference work Italian Aces of World War I by Gentilli, Iozzi, and Varriale. They show several color plates for Nieuport 11s in the Ni 21xx serial range, and they are fairly consistent.

Dear Kalt,
I was able to find only the picture of Ni 2157 during her service in the 80ª Squadriglia in March 1917.
Sorry, but I hope that this little thing could help you.
Happy landings
Paolo

Thanks !!!

for the information Tom, but I'm more interested in pictures of these particular machines it's always better have a picture of the plane that you are building, especially with WWI planes.
Paolo, thanks for the picture I wonder if you could send me a bigger copy.

Best regards

I know the Italian pilot Giovanni Ancillotto of 77 Squadriglia who destroyed 3 balloons flying a Le Prieur rocket equipped Nieuport 11, is mentioned in "Balloon-busting Aces of World War 1" Osprey Aircraft of the Aces nr. 66

There is a color plate of his Nieuport 11 Ni 2265
