Does anyone know anything about the details of this crashed 168th Aero Squadron DH-4? Is Latrecey the pilot or a place?
On the original photo, the number 11 is barely visible on the fuselage between the inner pair of interplane struts. DE

Latrecey appears to be a location. It is in the Champagne region. R.

I'll concur with Rick on that one. No "Latrecy" on the 168th's roster before-during-or-after the war....
