Hi Regulus,
I have only few infos for you.
According to P.M. Grosz, in Windsock Datafile 53, 4982/16 (w/n 622) was interned on 20/07/1917 and taken into Dutch service under the designation LA44. It come from the third batch of 1916 (C.4800-5039/16). I've nothing on its unit.

Hi Edmond,
Thanks for your fast reaction !
My luck is that I have a complete list of all interned planes in Holland. And to be honest all of these planes figure on it.
Problem is that most of the German pilots didn't even want to tell the Dutch from which unit they were when they got interned !
I'm able to get a whole lot of reports on German interned planes if I can help them on the other hand with the units they came from.
I'm not having a problem at all with even sharing the reports with the people interested, but I have to be able to get my hands on them !
Thanks and best from Johan

Hi
DFW CV 5287/16 was lost on 29 Jul 1917 and was crewed "only" by Fz.Ob.Mtr Franz Müller(P) from MFFA II...
He was lost during a reported test-flight.
Otherwise, I am convinced that many of these German crews lost over Holland actually were "refugees"..
A normal soldier lost was ordered that he could give his name and rank to the authorities...and there is NO normal reason NOT to give their names to Dutch authorities..
Those who were refugees and/or those who did tell to much of their background possible got their names protected by the Dutch authorities, and thats the reason that their names are missing in normal Dutch records..

Regulus,
I can only help with two, and I believe you know about one of them. Anyway,
14Jun17, DFW C.V (Av) 5928/16, Schusta 11. at Axel. Gefr. August Raschke, P, and Uffz. Hugo Müller, G.
12Aug17, DFW C.V (Av) 9057/16, at Oostburg (Zeeland), Ltn. Farber, O, and Gefr. Willim (Willini), KG 4.
Perhaps a little help. R.

Hi Rick and Gunnar,
Thank you very much for the info ! Every piece is a good chance on an interesting swap with the Dutch airforce !
And Rick you're right I have indeed some of that info. I must have been a little absent-minded with the Schusta 11 crew ! Goodie !
Gunnar, very interesting remark concerning the 'refugees', seems indeed that the Dutch may have had two kinds of reports ! Will ask them the question myself on the matter and see if I get a serious answer on that matter.
Thanks and best from Johan

Johan,
Have you the article 'Interned" published in C&C Vol.16 No.1, 1985 ? It's a list of aeroplanes of all nationalities interned by the Dutch authorities in 1914/1918. If not, let me know you snail adress off-list and I'll send you this article.
