Some of you engine enthusiasts may be interested in this particular eBay auction:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...&category=41897

This is a July, 1918 first edition of "Instructions for the Care and Operation of Model A-1-E Hispano-Suiza Aeronautical Engines - Birkigt Patents - Instruction Book July, 1918 Series No. 4A" by the Wright-Martin Aircraft Corporation. The beautifully bound privately published (Wright-Martin) 199 page book is in strong tight fine condition with inscription on flyleaf page. This is "the book" on the subject of WWI Spad Fighter Plane Engines. A great detailed informative read with wonderful vintage photos (including French Fighter Aces and their totals at the time of publication) and large detailed fold out drawings and diagrams.
