Would you please tell me how to find the Legion D'Honneur & Croix De Guerre recipients from WWII. I am looking for my step-father, William Bartholomew. He received the Knight of the Legion of Honneur in Colmar, France in 1995, he also received the Croix De Guerre either during or after the war.

Thank you for any assistance you can give me.
