Harold Edwards supposedly was invalided out of the RFC as a 2nd/Lieutenant. However, I have a travel pass from Toronto to Franktown issued to Captain H. L. Edwards more than a year after the armistice. How do I get his service records? National Archives have attestation papers only, it seems.

The National Archives of Australia has the services records for those who served in the AIF,AFC,RAN (and so I've been previously told) those for Australians that served in other forces.
But I know that the amount of information in the service records can differ. I've requested records to find that there's only about ten pages worth of information and in others there's up to around 70 or 80 pages. So the Natinal Archives 'should' have Edward's full service record. Through the NAA Website try searching on the 'Record Search' database that's also linked to the Australian War Memorial.
