As recomended by UK's Craig Healey:
For RFC maternity jacket uniform, Angels, a theatrical costume
makers in London. They're dear, but they copied an original uniform from
the RAF museum in Hendon. You can e-mail them at angels@angelscos.co.uk

Incidentally,Craig Healey can recommend Cirrus flying jackets. He has one
of their Number 18 long flying coats.
