I recently acquired some WWI pictures with planes and soldiers at airfields in both the US and France. *Is there a resource to look up names of these airfields? *Thanks - I'm new to WWI aviation - any help greatly apprecieated...

You would have to track where the units were during 1918. Hudson's Hostile Skies might be a good start. I'm not sure how complete that book is, but its a good primer for U.S. aviation during the war.
