The "SFA" I believe refers to "Service des Fabrications Aeronautiques" and is stamped on props and other wooden components. The only manufacturer that I know of using 5 digit series numbers (many beginning with 22---, and 24---) was Chauviere, but I can't find that specific model number in a listing of about 100 Chauviere props for various aircraft. Please check the listing and dial again.... No, seriously, if the number could be something a little different, it might match a known entity. How about a photo? That might do it also.
