There is only one. Get Red Baron 3d, a voodoo2 card to get the 3d graphics (The 3d graphics only works with the 3dfx cards) and get some of the great dowloads available at www.wingsofhonor.com
There are others but they just dont compare

I endorse what Vic said, however, I would suggest that the VOODOO-4 4500 AGP card is dynamite with RB3D.
Get the Microsoft stick & rudder pedals. The Thrustmaster stuff is good equipment, but it runs on DOS software that is patched for WINDOWS, and has given me nothing but grief getting the stick and pedals calibrated.
You'll also need a Pentium II 400 meg processor or faster to really get the full 3D effects.

I cc with the others. Rb3d cant be beat for offline, or online play (to a point) all in 1 package. Flying corps gold is outdated, and i think hard to get to work with todays systems. but its supposedly has 1 of the better flight modeling.
Dawn of aces is online only. Flying circus is (was) online only.
Rb3d is it. you wont be disappointed. it can be as immersive as u want.
a 3dfx card is mandatory to get the better graphics. u could slap on a couple 12 meg Monster voodoo cards with the geforce, but it may or may not work....

I currently have the VooDoo 3-2000 but I was thinking of upgrading. Anyone know how well/bad the VooDoo5 works with RB3D???

Dear Al,
Believe it or not, you're not going to see that much difference when you upgrade from your old card. BUT-- (and it's an important "but")-- you're actually going to be able to discern different color schemes (and, hence, friendlies or bandits) of far-off aircraft (which are probably just black pixels with your present card). It IS worth the upgrade.
BTW, please keep in mind that 3Dfx (Voodoo) has already gone west; nVidia said that they'll continue to support the cards, but they also said they would use the name Voodoo, but it would be anyone's guess as to what that would then imply. Put another way, they bought what they wanted and/or needed from 3Dfx, and it's really not in their business interest (from their point of view) to continue development (read: support) of the Voodoo line...
Further, this means that the GLIDE interface is DEAD... but Creative Labs (of Soundblaster fame) supposedly has a driver that emulates GLIDE on their GeForce compatible cards.
One last thing, these 3Dfx cards are getting very, VERY hard to find, even at the larger chains such as CompUSA; I have found that many of the software stores (Electronics Boutique, Software Etc., etc.) still DO stock the Voodoo cards (but even a 5500 is RARE!). Good luck and good hunting...
HuB,
Capt. Lewis
PS Did you ever get to peruse Libby's Horses Don't Fly?
PPS If they ever write a follow-up, I suggest entitling it "... and They Don't GLIDE, Either!"

Hey guys, anyone looking to upgrade a Voodoo card with another of the same manufacture had better be quick. 3DFX went bust before Christmas and sold their assets to NVidia.

The only problem with RB3d is the very very bad quality of the maps, the front lines and landscapes used by the game. But without considering this problem, RB3d is a nice game.
