A German source reported a 56 year-old Saxon Major started together with Thomas Reichert from Laon on 18. June 1915.
After 3 shot with a carabine - the observer hunted lions, tigers and elephants in earlier times - the French oneseater was reported to fall. My list contains a German air victory reported in the Heeresbericht on 20th June near Vouzirs / Champagne but the "Heeresbericht" reports always 1 or 2 days after the incidents. * Can anybody confirm or deny a) a German claim for 18th June and B) a French loss for 18th June? |
