As previously stated, this is really great! I'm working my way through volume 1 and the depth of information in the articles is absolutely amazing.

My plan is to simply purchase the next Kindle volume when I finished the previous one until I'm fully caught up.

I just finished volume 2 and have been blown away by the variety and quality of the articles! It's also neat to see what people I've been corresponding with here and in other places wrote in the last '80s. Dan-San Abbot (who I still miss around here), Stephen Lawson's letters, and many, many others. This is a fantastic resource!

Am sad to say that I have never gotten around to buying a copy of OTF.

I see that there are 4 issues per year. So when I look at Amazon is, for example, the Volume I price for one of the quarterly issues? Or the year's set of four?

Just planning my budget.

Pips,
For the entire annual volume of 4 issues, 400 pages in all.

Pips, glad you posted this question. To clarify: when you purchase from Amazon via print-on-demand, you’re getting the entire year—nearly 400 pages—not just a single issue. It’s printed locally in your country, so there are no overseas shipping charges. If you’re a Prime member, there’s no shipping cost at all.
You also have options: for about $5 more you can choose a hardcover edition, or for $9.99 you can get the eBook, which works on any digital device—computer, laptop, tablet, or phone—and isn’t restricted to just one. That way you can access it across all your devices.

I had a very long break from reading OtF, actually 25 years, maybe more, now I'm catching up gradually, great idea with the on-demand release.
