Hello Shrike,

Sometime you ought to come down to our aerodrome near Kingsbury, Texas about 45 miles east of San Antonio right off I-10. We have volunteer weekends and you can also talk to Roger Freeman who's been building these kind of airplanes for a number of years. Maybe not right in your backyard, but close nonetheless.

If you ever decide to come down contact me (wolferbill@yahoo.com) and I can let you know some good weekends to come by. We're not there all the time....though Roger is.

While it isn't Rhinebeck or Shuttleworth, I think you'd enjoy it anyway.
