Instrument screws

I am trying to get new brass screws for my Type 5/17 face plate and the instrument light holder.

The screw measures 0.375 long (right at 10 mm) by .097 (maybe .0965?) across the threads. I don't have the correct pitch gauge so am not sure what it is.
If these are 2.5 mm, I would guess the pitch is 0.45, or if #3's then I would guess something like a 48 as the thread of the 2-56 is not just smaller in diameter but in pitch.

If push comes to shove, I will tap them out to 4-40's. Not my first choice, but don't seem to be able to find what I need yet.
