Welcome everybody!
I know this question has probably been asked a dozen times before, but I'll ask it again anyway!
After viewing many threads on the Forum, I understand that the standard colouration for Jasta 11 tri-planes was red top-wing, red engine cowl and red wheel-covers. What I would like to know is, leaving aside the Red Baron for a moment, did the lesser-known pilots add to this basic scheme, i.e., more red on various places?
Also, regarding the tri-plane which was handed down from
Manfred Von Richthofen to
Kurt Wolff (Fok.F1 102/17), was there any red in the colour scheme? The markings for this aircraft are supplied with the Revell 1:28th scale Fokker DR1.
I look forward to hearing from anybody who can enlighten me!
Best Wishes to everybody on the Forum, kenderoz. *;D
