the right man is
Generalleutnant
Carl Ritter von Brug.
(* 15. Juni 1855 in Dirlewang; † 25. April 1923 in Garmisch)

He was CO of the bavarian Fliegerkorps-Kommando München-Oberwiesenfeld (1912)
Later General der Pioniere des Armeeoberkommando 8

Once again, great photos that I haven't seen before. Pretty interesting to see a general wearing the Bavarian Flyer's Commemorative Badge, which is extremely rare and was only awarded sparingly.

I thought so too. Some other photos from this album are available to view on the below webpage. I have contacted the webmaster requesting a full-size image of the wedding photo, as I would like to identify the man standing 2nd from the left. Unfortunately I have not heard back from them as yet....
