Lol,and the closest they have touched WWI so farI hope they don't screw things up,its not 300 or Call of Duty.Anyway,does anyone notice this about WWI films in the '20s/'30.That two lovers end up being torn apart.While the boyfriend goes to war the girl ends up joining a woman's military corps and meets up with him latter on.

Yes, take away the war from the story and it could be any Hallmark movie.

Did anyone catch the ending sequence of “Oh! What a lovely War.” (1969)? Wow, I do not know why this ending is not well known today. One of the best. Very, very sobering.

I think I've recorded/watched every film in the TCM WWI tribute this past month. Just a joy to watch! I'm a TCM fan anyways and this was a true treat.
