I will miss Achim's reports greatly here. I know I will not I haunt this site as much as I did.
I would like to thank the self promoting basstrds for ruining it for everyone!
Acer can drop dead! Some others can learn a leasson or two. No one cares for the self righteous BS. There are those that talk and there are those that do. Achim appears to be a doer! The others talkers only. Any historical value contributed by any of them(the talkers) has been overshadowed by the total lack of social skills whatsoever. Bad form and shame on the lot of you!

I do not know what has caused Achim's thread to be shut down, but I will greatly miss the discussion, pointers and advice both on and off line.
If my name on a petition will encourage Achim to return, please add it.

Add me, as well. And Achim, if you choose to stay away, could you let us know where you go, so that those (greatly) interested and supportive parties are not deprived, by (who DID THIS? ) of all that you have to offer.
Peace, Craig

I see that Achim provided a means to keep up with his unique and wonderful 'mission', so my previous post is unecessary.
Shame - AGAIN - on those who badgered him to this point!

Achim
Achim,
Take some time and spend it with your family. Then do what you think is best for yourself.
You are fortunate to have a world of admirers and fans. Thanks for adding what you did. Hope you decide to return.

I would like my name to be added also. Clearly I respect Achim's decision, but I still feel its a real shame that we will no longer have your regular contributions.
It would be great to have your thread back, but regardless I hope to keep apprised of the wonderful happenings at FTS.
All the best.
Sincerely
Edward Soye

Great Loss
Comrades,
Achim's removal of his very interesting reports on the progress of his various projects is a very great loss to me and I can see to many others. I hope he will reconsider. In any case, best wishes for continued success in his many activities.

Achim's thread was very helpful to me. I know very little about aircraft and every time I reviewed Achim's posts, I learned something new and found myself appreciating the art of building more.
I'm so sorry that he has left but I do respect this decision and would warmly welcome him back.
Respectfully,
FliegerJG1 / Karen

I'd like to join this list, too.
To hell with those who make their pronouncements as if they were the Voice from the Burning Bush in condemnation of Achim's work. Achim has done a great service in sharing his knowledge with us, and for that we thank him. It takes a lot of time to put together posts and photographs that are as detailed as his are, and to also find the time to actually build his planes, raise a family and live a life beyond the workshop is pretty amazing.
Usually naysayers do absolutely nothing while criticizing other's efforts. Heave 'em over the side, I say. Why can't we cut that baggage loose that's causing all the trouble? Besides, the one party that's been at the center of controversy for the past year around here also can't play nice with the other forum members. I'd start a petition just to get rid of this guy.
