What's the score?

Baldeagle, is the film actually finished? I can't imagine that there isn't a bit of tweaking after test screenings. And the score will be critical -- who's doing it? The score provides cues to the action that will sort the aerial choreography out. The test screenings likely used a pickup score.

I see the web site has reverted to Electric Entertainment, likely for rebuilding. If the film is truly being released in September, then we should start seeing pre-publicity in the next couple of months.

JM-- No, more subtle than that- but it isn't a small detail.

Buzz, they said at the screening that they might make a couple of tweaks, but that it was basically done. Can't remember who did the score, but I think it was the final version at the screening.

Not the rudder colors, still too small a detail. Here's a vague clue: Monet.

I've been told that there is a US distributor for "Flyboys", a name everybody will recognize.

From variety.com, a photo of star James Franco in Kermit's Nieuport, which I flew for the filming. I taught him to taxi it, which wasn't too bad as he got his pilot's license just before the filming.

And from an Elstree Studios web site, some of the cast. From left, Tyler Labine, now on "Invasion" on ABC, David Ellison, Martin Henderson, a Kiwi and great guy, James Franco, Abdul Salis, easily the most gregarious person on the set, don't remember the next guy's name, and on the end Phillip Winchester, another good guy.

When the actors showed up we in the Aerial Unit would say, "Here come the stand-ins..." tongue-in-cheek of course- They're a good bunch.

That's great news they have a US distributor for "flyboys"
I think i need a blowup picture of that i can't see anything other then the French Nieuport plane is not a real plane due to not having the right sunlight to it and the size seems a little small too.

Monet? As in the painter?

The order of colors on the roundels don't match on the two aircraft?
