Greetings again: the Palen Fokker D.VII was their first of the type. *It was the one that was badly damaged in the collapse of their hangar during a bad winter storm. *It was repaired and remarked in Vzfw Gabriel's markings. *I remember seeing it in those markings in a childrens clothing magazine when I was 10-11 (1966-67.)

Greetings all:

I have been asked offline about the Sopwith Tripe with the rotary. *It is a full frontal facade and was sold by Ryder for about $500.00

My apologies that this is a little out of focus. *I was asked offline by a 'young enthusiast' who built the Pfaldz D.IIIa. *Many of us know the histories of these birds but some of our newer fellows don't. *

The Pfake Pfalz is owned by Senòr Xaivier Arango of Calif. IT was built originally by the late Doug Bianchi for the grand spectacule 'The Blue Max' in 1964-5. He was Founder of the 'Old' Personal Plane Services at Wycombe Air Park, Bucks, England. *Born on May 18, 1916 and Went West *back in Dec.10, 1977. He also refurbished and maintained the 'The Blue Max' Adler D.II (designation according to the book) was actually the Morane 230 in which the character Stachel met his end. *The book had another ending of course.
