Bowden cable

Can anyone reference to an English or metric size a Bowden No. 4 Cap or Nipple. The drawing has a very difficult to read two digit size for the cable but unfortunately unreadable. Best guess would be No. 24.
To be used as cable from brake pedal to master cylinder.

Thanks, and cheers

Ed
