Balloon unit Ostend 1915

I came upon this commander, P.A.K.Schule, or in another report he is named Schulze

He might have been the commander of a German balloon unit at Ostend in november and december 1915.

Does any reader has some additional or confirming information on this officer and his unit?
Postal address at Kapellestrasse, Ostend

many thanks in advance
