capitaine de Lapeyrouse of Esc MF36

Anybody know about a Capitaine de Lapeyrouse, original CO of the Escadrille MF36, by then (October 1914) known as Escadrille DM 36?
the latter is actually my second question: What aircraft could a DM have been?
It looks as though it were single seaters.

thanks
Mystère
