Question Aubery B Ellwood ?

G'day All.
Can anyone give me some information on Aubery B Ellwood who flew a Camel with Red Harts on both the Top Wing & Fuselarge?

I know I have seen a pic of this Aircraft crashed but much searching of my library have not turned up the pic or any details.

Appreciate any details of his fate etc.
