Sopwith F.1 Camel F6302
Hi there
I'am Interested in the Sopwith Camel and including F6302 (G-EBER). Build by Boulton & Paul as one of the aircraft of F6301-F6500 (Sopwith Aircraft 1912-1920) and survived the war and was entered on the British Civil Register on 9 August 1922 as G-EBER. The aircraft crashed some three months later on 4 November and was totally destroyed (Sopwith Fighters in Action). I have found a picture of F6302 (botton) at the top-right side in page 32 of the Sopwith Fighters in Action, but that was all I had found about F6302 and I now cannot find what has happened to this unique survivor. Can you help me with the full history of this aircraft, including any photographs, and documents, and where it is now, was it in flying condition plus, is there any remains of the Camel (if it's destroyed) and where are they now please. I might be working on this Camel as a project!
Thanks
