Location of References in Mikesh's "Albatros D.Va" book ?

Hooray for interlibrary loans ! - I finally managed to borrow a copy of this book from the Australian Defence Force Academy. There is a lot to digest in it, but I am wondering if anyone can tell me about the following references in the book, and if these are still available anywhere ? (I've had a look around in old posts, but couldn't find any answers).

Thanks for reading. Wolf

1. On P13 there is a still from a WWI movie showing a scene from the Albatros works. Is this movie available anywhere ? Does it have a name ? If it's not around any more, are there any more stills available ?

2. On the inside front and rear covers there are a number of old diagrams. Where did they come from ?

3. On P18, a diagram is shown, mentioned as the oldest technical diagram of the Albatros D.Va, coming from the German Air Service Technical Branch. Are there any other diagrams from this source ?

4. On P22, there is reference to the Daimler Engine Operation Manual. Do copies of this still exist ?

5. P33, reference to a WW1 movie - is this the same movie mentioned in 1. above ?

6. P67, another WW1 movie construction still - same source as above ?

7. P83 - text states that the musuem's photographer, Dale Hrabak "an attempt was made to photograph every detail for future study and technical reference". Is there a catalogue of the photographs available ? Are the actual photographs available ?

8. P97, fuel diagram reproduced from "airplane parts catalogue". Does anyone know what this catalogue is ?
