Sopwith Pup on the HMS Furious

Hello,
I am trying to find out the colors of a Sopwith Pup flown by Squadron Commander E.H. Dunning on experiments on the HMS Furious(the one he was drowned in). I want to make a model of it and as far as I can tell (this is just the guess of an ignorant) the fuselage is of white unpainted and doped cloth with pc-10 painted along the top. The tops of the wings also appear pc-10 of course with the doped and unpainted linen undersides. The cowling that seems to often be silver color on Sopwith Pups does not appear to be on this one (could be though). Any help would be appreciated.
